*The appointment must be booked & treatment received before the gift voucher expiry date.

*Gift voucher will not be accepted after the expiry date.

*If you are unable to attend the first appointment booked we will happily reschedule your appointment once. If the appointment is then cancelled within 24hrs of the booking or missed a second time the voucher will no longer be in use for any further appointments.

*Gift voucher can only be redeemed by the person named in the voucher.
